Issue with File Download Being Blocked

I tried downloading a file from a website, but the download was blocked. Even after switching browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, or Edge), the issue persists.

Upon further investigation, I found that:

Devices with Endpoint Check point cannot download the file and display a warning message that the download is blocked.
Devices without Endpoint Check point can download the file from the same website without any issues.

I attempted to resolve the issue by creating exclusions for the following:

Threat Emulation, Extraction, and Zero Phishing Exclusions:
- exat.co.th
- etax.exat.co.th
- etax.exat.co.th/external/login?mode=download&doc=140471595&ftype=1

Did you try maybe using wildcard to see if that helps?

Try looking in the Harmony Endpoint Administration Guide Adding Exclusions to Rules

You have two options - Smart Exclusions (there is a video there) and Legacy Exclusions
