Bitlocker recovery key is not visible.

Hi Team,

We have endpoint machines encrypted by windows bitlocker . That was managed by checkpoint bitlocker.

Suddenly we are facing blue screen lock issue on 5 machines. the recovery key id is not showing in our harmony endpoint tenant.

SO, we have entered the recovery key which is visible on locked machine.That is also not working.

If some one have any solution just share your inputs.

I suggest you open a TAC case for this.
