    <description>&lt;P&gt;I went through this with TAC, we found a way to whitelist the application. I had to add exclusion for Forensics Monitoring with Certificate exclusion and value "AnyDesk Software GmbH",&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After that, we haven't had any complaints.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The exception should work. Go to LOGs and find the "critical" log where Anydesk is recognized as malware, right click on the log entry and create a exception from there. Works perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
