Harmony endpoint - Server deployment status hangs on retrying

Hi there!

We are deploying recomended client version 88.72 build 2001 and push upgrade to machines via the deployment rules. So we are facing issues with Servers, only servers, that deployment hangs on retrying, deployment failed.

Error message "Machine configuration will not allow the product to work properly. See sk159373 for details".

I also didn't have it in Windows 2012 and I still ran the commands and managed to install it

1- Open PowerShell as Administrator.

2- Uninstall-WindowsFeature -Name Windows-Defender

3- reboot computer

Disable firewall windows

Set-NetFirewallProfile -Profile Domain,Public,Private -Enabled False

Personally, I would follow the steps from the sk and if you still have the issue, would contact TAC for further assistance to verify whats missing.

I have followed the instruction in sk159373, but the issue was not resolved.

I have read and follow the sk159373 but the issue was not get resolved. we have been disabling manually, Windows Defender and Firewall, Note that we are using version E88.72.2001 and the sk says that, from e87.20 and up Harmony Endpoint client will automatically disable Windows Defender Firewall. so No action needed.

I have more than 3,000 servers in my network — how can I disable this manually!

I dont think the steps will help, we have to do this automattically, because we have more than 3,000 servers in our network.
