how to clear all items remediation manager

I've got a ticket open for support but I'm hoping for a more manageable solution to the issue I'm trying to resolve.

The suggested solution involves manually copying the MD5 has and then pushing from Infinity Console. I want to push from Infinity Console just once when all cleanup is complete.

In Windows 11 with Endpoint protection installed I can see items that were quarantined and deleted using RemediationManagerUI.

How do I clear this list so that going into Endpoint's UI there are no entries for the items listed?
