      <title>Windows OS Startup Failure After Full-Disk Encryption Agent Installation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are encountering startup failures in Windows OS after installing the Full-Disk Encryption (FDE) agent in the following scenarios:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Scenario 1:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The FDE agent was successfully installed, but the drive has not yet been encrypted.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Windows requires a restart before encryption begins. However, after the restart, the OS fails to start up.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Scenario 2:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The FDE agent was installed, and the drive was fully encrypted.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;After restarting the computer, the OS fails to boot.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you assist with identifying the root cause and provide a solution for these issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
