Good morning! In the logs on CP-SMS with Endpoint Server I see the following problem "Gateway can not access internet https://productcoverage.checkpoint.com/ProductCoverageService. Check connectivity and proxy settings." Provided access to https://*.checkpoint.com/* but this did not solve the problem.
How critical is it to fix this problem? Is there a list of servers that CP-SMS with Endpoint Server Harmony should have access to?

I see drops to the side *cloudfront.net and *akamaitechnologies.com. But nowhere is it stated that access to these domains must be opened.
