Endpoint Management Server is not running

Hi all, can you please advise me how i can fix the problem. I deployed sms 81.20 in lab, enabled “Endpoint Policy Management” then install database. But I get an error that it is not running. The output of the commands is attached.With "web_mgmt_start" it says everything is running, but with "cpstart CPuepm" it's horrible.

What precisely did you deploy this on?
Please specify the Check Point appliance used.
If an Open Server or VM, please specify the exact type and RAM/Disk/CPUs.

It's VM

8cpu
32gb ram
1tb hdd

Tried looking at sk103072 https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk103072, but there is no activemq.xml file under the path $UEPMDIR/engine/conf/

Did you install lab from a backup file?

It's fresh install. "output.log" there on not such log
