Yes, we support pre-boot authentication and it's usually tied to specific AD users.

normally on computer laptop it have two drive to store the data

example: drive C for os, drive D for storing the file

Both drives were encrypted by Checkpoint full disk encryption.

for encrypted drive c. I would like to set the protection password by using Checkpoint full disk encryption.

Does Checkpoint full disk encryption do it?

Generally Active Directory is used, though I believe you can use a different password if you want.

Checkpoint Full Disk Encryption designed to prevent access to data on hard disk when it not unlocked by security keys. Unlock operation based on user's credentials, usually AD user and password.
Ones drive unlocked and users logged on to Windows, it starting to behave as usual windows hard drive and access to files and folders can be managed by regular NTFS security settings.
Checkpoint Full Disk Encryption does not provide any specific functionality to control access to files and folders.
