Hi Team,

We are facing issue with checkpoint endpoint VPN connect.

Simple configuration we are done with default user but firewall not responding.

We have a four ISP link i have verified all links the result is same.

Have you checked the logs on the gateway from the source of the VPN user?

What IP is your main IP in your gateway object?

I have founded the solution i have collected the trac log from the user machine and the error was.

[ 17796 380][22 May 11:12:54][TR_FLOW_STEP] TR_FLOW_STEP::TrSiteCreationStep::Notify: Failed to receive hello reply
[ 17796 380][22 May 11:12:54][auth_server] AAuthServer::Stop Stopping Authentication
