This step / instruction is valid when using the web interface of the Endpoint Management rather than the SmartEndpoint client.

If the problem persists there after please seek guidance from TAC.

In order to resolve this I tried following the SK's available on support page but I am not able to perform the below articles, can anyone please help me out with this?

https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk181843

I have highlighted the part of SK which I am facing difficulty with, check object option is not available on my SmartEndpoint setup.

It'd be great if someone can help me on a remote!

Thanks in advance

=========

WR,

SayoojDinan
