Hi,

Check Point Harmony Endpoint Security Client E88.30 for macOS is now available as GA (General Availability).

Enhancements:

Simplified installation for non-MDM deployments

With the release of E88.30, privacy approvals needed for Full Disk Access are reduced from 9 to 1!

Browser extension status

It is now possible to view the Browser extension status for all supported browsers within the Asset management view.

Remote Access VPN

The VPN standalone client package is now optimized for both Intel and Apple Silicon CPUs.

Notes:

Support for macOS 10.15 (Catalina) is declared as ‘End of Engineering’

Starting from E88.30, new features will no longer include support for macOS 10.15.
Any version released after September 30, 2024, will not be supported on macOS 10.15.

I remember when I always used to work with customer whose environment was 90% Apple laptops, we would always install latest vpn client for Mac and that seemed to work well.

I also found E88.30 windows standalone vpn client version is excellent!
