Main Updates

Elite Package – As we believe consolidation is our main differentiator, we are now taking it to the next level with a new Endpoint package that consolidates all Endpoint security needs under one SKU. The new Elite package will include – HEP Complete, plus Posture Management, plus DLP, plus Endpoint XDR, plus Endpoint Playblocks, plus 1 year Data Retention!
This package will also include an 18% price discount, built into the list price (compared to buying all add-ons separately).

2024 Sales Assets – We just released major updates to our sales assets – Solution Brief and Pricing Page. Feel free to share those with customers, as it now better reflects our key talking points and main differentiators.

Automatic Patch Rules – We are excited to share that Posture Management now supports Automatic Patch rules, to reduce the time spent on patching vulnerabilities. Including:
- Set an automatic Patching policy for a specific group of devices – Based on CVSS Score, or application name.
- Set Patching exclusions, excluding the application you don’t want to patch automatically

MSSP Policy Templates – Harmony Endpoint now empowers Managed Security Service Providers to streamline policy management across multiple child accounts. Create customized Threat Prevention policy templates with predefined settings, ensuring centralized management, consistent enforcement, and effortless updates for unique requirements. Experience efficient and compliant policy management with MSSP Policy Templates.

AI Co-Pilot – Harmony Endpoint integration with AI Co-Pilot is now ready for EA.
We are looking for 5 customers to join the new EA program, if you want to add your customer to the program, please reach out to me.
Additionally, we can enable AI Co-Pilot internally for account managers and SEs, who want to evaluate it and share their feedback.

Lost Reasons Survey – We are trying to look back at the past year and learn more about the topics we can improve to increase sales.
