Hello everyone;

I get two types of vpn connection failure messages when the clients want to connect via vpn.

i have SMB 3600 and vpn connectio are enable on.

1-/The IP configuration of the remote access service is unusable.

2-/server identity check failed. contact system administrator

those OS are in Win10

how i can solve this problem ?

Which documentation did you follow upon installation ? Did you do RA VPN debugs to resolve the issue ? Maybe asking CP TAC for help is the shortes way to get this resolved

Does this happen to every user or only some?
