checkpoint blocks in some applications servers

Hi,

Am using Harmony endpoint av. I notice that it blocks some of our critical services.

1. How can i find out which file or process it is blocking and add it to exclusions?

2. Also i want to exclude a folder and all of its sub folders, how to i do that ?

c:\folder\subfolder1\subfolder4

do i add c:\folder\* or c:\folder\** or c:\folder\*.*

I think logs would tell you what process. As far as exclusion, you can do below

c:\folder\*
