Is there any black or dark theme in harmony endpoint ?

Are you already using the new UI in E86.30 or higher (see sk178346) and windows in dark mode?

Web or SmartConsole?

For the latter I recall a high contrast mode (Ctrl+F3) though I've not tested it specifically with SmartEndpoint.

Chris is correct, ctrl+F3, thats contrast, its closest to dark theme you will get : - )

Looks a bit goofy, but thats it.
