topic sk120667: How to upgrade to Windows 10 1607 and higher or Windows 11 with FDE in-place in Endpoint

This very usefull SK is a bit unclear at least:

With version E80.71 or higher, configurations can be made to support seamless OS upgrade with FDE in-place using the SetupConfig.ini file.

But how to change what in the SetupConfig.ini is not explained here, only that SetupConfig.ini has to be included in the installation process.

For Endpoint Clients version E86.40 and higher: When Full Disk Encryption is installed but switched off Windows update can be performed as usual.

Afaik you can switch off FDE preboot only in CP management, but there is a Windows command to disable BitLocker that is not mentioned here.

Question: What is the recommended procedure for updating Win10 22H2 to Win11 with Harmony FDE in place ?
