Export Package download fails often from Web Management Portal - on premises HEP

Anyone else see the download of packages fail intermittently BUT OFTEN in the Web Management Portal (on prem Infinity Portal)?

I have seen it in R81, R81.10 and R81.20.

It works eventually but sometimes only after multiple attempts to download. Sometimes works first time.

The problem is that time is lost because each time the download option is used the package is re-created on the server.

That can be seen by using the top command on the Endpoint Management Server.

Any know fix?

I suspect this is going to require some troubleshooting with TAC.

It's easy to replicate. Just build an SMS, turn on EMS (with static NAT) and then web_mgmt_start, then upload a dynamic package (any version) via Web Management portal and then try to export.

It's most likely going to require a code fix.
I'll bring it up internally, but recommend a TAC case.
