running PassDialog.exe from psexec

Hi,

Just wondering is there is a way to run PassDialog.exe when connected to a pc using psexec.

usecase: some times I don't have access to user pc using rdp or some other remote utility that gives me access to the graphic interface to provide enter the password but i can connect to this using psexec

Tried to run in like
PassDialog.exe uninstallpassword
or
PassDialog.exe "uninstallpassword"

but it didnt work, every time a window pops up asking for the password
