      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The new license is valid until: 23-Oct-2024&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, on the Infinity Portal, the services have stopped and cannot be restarted.&lt;BR /&gt;The error: "The trial for this tenant is expired. You are not allowed to start this tenant. For exceptions, contact Endpoint Cloud support."&lt;BR /&gt;We tried to manually synchronize the license, but it does not help.&lt;BR /&gt;We also deleted license and the connection to the user center account to add it again, but this also does not help.&lt;BR /&gt;The license in the infinity portal is active.&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas? Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
