2023 was an amazing year for Harmony Endpoint so far!
We can already see fantastic results with double-digit growth, including 57% Growth YoY in new business, and, an impressive renewal rate of 86%.
We also had the chance to introduce new critical capabilities as our main growth accelerators – Vulnerability & Patch Management, Horizon XDR/XPR, DLP (coming up in Q4), and even MSSP View for our MSSP partners.
As you know, Q4 is the most crucial time of the year, to help you take full advantage of it, we are excited to announce a very special promotion campaign to help you close more deals.

What is it?

Free Package Upgrade:
- Any Harmony Endpoint “New Business” over $20K Closed-Won in Q4 23, will be now eligible for a free package upgrade for one year.
- Any Harmony Endpoint “Renewal Business” over $20K Closed-Won in Q4 23, that will include a package upgrade, or, adding Horizon XDR/XPR Add-On to Harmony Endpoint,
  will be now eligible for a free upgrade of the “Vulnerability Management” Add-On, free of charge for one year.

How does it work?

Harmony Endpoint “New Business”:
- The customer will be upgraded to a higher-tier package, free of charge for one year.
  After one year, the customer will have the option to purchase the upgraded package for another term or to return to the original package.
- Examples:
  - “Basic” package deals will be upgraded to the “Advanced” Package, free of charge for one year.
  - “Advanced” package deals will be upgraded to the “Complete” Package, free of charge for one year.
  - “Complete” package deals will be granted for the “Vulnerability Management” Add-On, free of charge for one year.

Harmony Endpoint “Renewal Business”:
- The customer will be eligible for a free upgrade of the “Vulnerability Management” Add-On, free of charge for one year.
- After one year, the customer will have the option to purchase the “Vulnerability Management” Add-On for another term or to renew only the original package.
- Examples:
  - If a customer purchased the “Basic” package last year, and decided to upgrade the package during the renewal process to the “Advanced” / “Complete” package, he will be eligible for a free upgrade of the “Vulnerability Management” Add-On, free of charge for one year.
  - If a customer purchased the “Advanced” package last year, and decided to upgrade the package during the renewal process to the “Complete” package, he will be eligible for a free upgrade of the “Vulnerability Management” Add-On, free of charge for one year.
  - If a customer decides to add Horizon XDR/XPR Add-On to Harmony Endpoint during the renewal process, he will be eligible for a free upgrade of the “Vulnerability Management” Add-On, free of charge for one year.

I want to upgrade a customer!

Harmony Endpoint “New Business”:
- You can use the following SKUs:
  - CP-HAR-EP-BASIC-PROMO - Upgrades a “Basic” Package deal to the “Advanced” package features.
  - CP-HAR-EP-ADVANCED-PROMO - Upgrades an “Advanced” Package to the “Complete” package features.
  - CP-HAR-EP-COMPLETE-PROMO - Adds “Vulnerability Management” add-on to the “Complete” package features.

Harmony Endpoint “Renewal Business”:
- You will automatically have the option to add Vulnerability Management, free of charge for one year during the renewal process.

Are there any limitations?

Yes, those are the limitations:
- These promotions will be only available for Q4 2023 closed deals.
- These limitations will be only available for $20K or more deals.
