    <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe it is only on insertion that Port Protection is activated.&lt;BR /&gt;I presume a reboot of the PC would also potentially activate this since that would force all USB devices to be re-inserted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Harmony EP - Media Encryption and Port Protection Discovery</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking to enable the Media Enc + Port protection blades on Harmony Endpoint clients (first time enabling).&amp;nbsp; I'd like to initially enable a "discovery" policy that would just go out and find what all peripheral and storages devices are plugged in on their endpoints without any enforcement.&amp;nbsp; I tested this type of policy in my lab and it didn't discover any of the devices on my test PC until I physically unplugged and plugged a peripheral back in.&amp;nbsp; Is this the expected behavior?&amp;nbsp; I was really hoping that when the MEPP blade and policies were enabled that it would do some kind of initial scan and tell me what all is plugged in already.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
