Harmony Endpoint TE issue with MS Word 2013 files

Hello everyone,

One of our customers is facing the below issue:

They are collaborating with some partners and these one are working on MS Word 2013(.doc) files by inserting tables from Excel and send the word 2013 files to them by email.

Harmony Endpoint TE is emulating the files when they are downloading them (which is normal). But after the emulation process, they cannot see the tables inserted from Excel in the files because of extraction process.

The issue is that when they are using later versions of MS Word, they can see all data in the files (including the tables inserted from Excel).

Can someone help with this please ?
