How to download Reconnect tool

Our endpoints install a new client and import it to the endpoint server using the reconnect tool.

I know that if you install a new client, it automatically connects to the server.

Why do I have to use Reconnect tool to import a new client into the server?

Where can I download the Reconnect tool (connect.utility.exe file)? (for testing)

Someone please tell me...

Part of the initial installation of Harmony Endpoint is establishing trust with the management server.
Changing the management server requires re-establishing trust which can only be done through the Reconnect utility.
The tool must be "generated" for your specific management server, which is why it is not easily downloadable.
