Hello guys, i hope everything is going well.

I have some issues downloading documents from different browsers. My harmony endpoint show me this message "Original File Downloaded. Error. Could not contact server".

Someone knows what is happening?

Does it happen with all files, only files on specific sites, or?
Also, what version of the client?

It happened with any site and any file. The version is E86.80 (86.80.0109)

Possible the issue was rectified.
If you're still having the issue in another browser, I suggest involving the TAC.
