Hi, I needed some help.

I'm trying to install the Windows integration pack which contains the UltraVNC 1.2.3.1 software that harmony endpoint block (the only software it blocks).

another question too . Since I updated Windows 10 to 11 22H2, the harmony endpoint agent no longer communicates with the usual server but with another unknown server. I try to uninstall it with the password that the administrator had defined for desisntallation but it does not work.

Can you please help me?

The admin can review the logs and create exceptions based on what they observe.

Likely they will need to review the riskware policy / settings.

Which version of Endpoint client is used?

Thanks Chris,

But I'm an administrator and I can't see any logs (the agent no longer communicates with our server but with another online server). I can't even see my PC among the devices on the console.
