Hi,

We are downloading the harmony endpoint but in the dashboard status, we are stuck in downloading.

does anyone get the same issue?

Where precisely are you downloading Harmony Endpoint from?
What version are you downloading?
What "dashboard status" are you referring to?
What version of management? (or is it via Infinity Portal)

Hey,

We definitely need more details in order to help you better. As @PhoneBoy aked, what sort of mgmt is it? Cloud or on-prem? Do you have an error of what you see when downloading? Specific version an issue or you get same problem regardless?

We prefer to install it from the portal.checkpoint.com
