Sync failed between primary/secondary endpoint server

We have deployed a secondary endpoint server for HA but facing sync issue and showing below error:

failed to restore postgresql db from backup checkpoint

Kindly suggest...

As Phoneboy advised, best to open TAC case...its possible there is database issue.
