    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm writing today on an issue that we came across this morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of my Employees was trying to add a new device to our environment when he noticed that the policy wasn't installing to the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He brought me to look at it and I instantly noticed that something was up with the SmartEndpoint Server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Overview screen of SmartEndpoint was reading 0 Endpoints discovered in the Entire Organization. We have 35 endpoints total. Most of the clients on our machines are reading as disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Late last week I had an issue with the CPM service not saying running and ready but I was able to resolve that and today it reads as Running and Ready and Server Status is up and ready to receive connections.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm really not sure what else to look at or troubleshoot. Any SKs or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Which version/JHF is the Management and Endpoint clients running?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would probably suggest engaging TAC to expedite resolution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
