Hello fellow Check Mates,

I have a problem and need help urgently. When I install the endpoint to Linux, the following error will appear when I execute the installation script:

one of the configured repocitories failed (sbalinux)…………

failure: repodata/repomd.xml from sbalinux: (Errno 256] No more mirrors to try https://securcupdates.checkpoint .com/sbalinux/packages/rpm/prod/centos_7/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] curl#22 "The requested URL returned error : 400"

However, I tested the URL through PING and CURL, and the connectivity between my host and the URL was no problem.

I wonder if anyone has ever encountered a similar situation. The version of linux is CentOS 7.9

Which Check Point product is installed on that Linux machine? Does it have access to Internet? Can you try a manual access from that machine to the specified URL? What do you see when you try?

Which endpoint version is installed?

If the issue is truly "urgent" please contact TAC directly to expedite resolution with an official SR.

The product installed on Linux is the Anti Malware blade of Harmony Endpoint. Linux itself can access the Internet, and ping secureupdates.checkpoint.com can access it. The test results using CURL - V are as follows:
