Error Code 9 - Failed to register or update register endpoint

Hello,

we have the problem, that the Client is in disconnected state after a fresh installation.

If the comupter reboots, the boot time is the last connection time from the client.

What is the version of the Endpoint client used, E86.50 or earlier?

Hi,

at the moment the recommended version 86.26.

But it is the same behaviour with 86.50.

Has connectivity been verified based on sk116590?

TAC can provide guidance on a utility to simplify this process where needed.

Connectivity should be ok.

Alls new installed Computers has this issue.

The Clients where not new installed still have a connection.

Any changes to the "Disconnected" policy or similar recently?

Please contact TAC to diagnose further if the problem persists.
