      <title>FDE - Remote Help button not working</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hi all&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;This weekend, it appears that CheckPoint Full Disk Encryption has been enabled automatically on our policy.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One of our Windows 10 machines is now stuck on the preboot window. We are able to type a username and password in, however they don’t work. I’ve tried to use the Remote Help, but nothing happens when we click ‘Remote Help’ in the bottom right corner.
