    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have about 20 clients that have issues with these two blades&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either the blade is in a "Not running" state or staying on "Initializing" before going back to "Not running"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most of the clients are on Win7 but I also do have some cases on Win10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The endpoint version is E86.40&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Already tried to reboot and reinstall but the issue seems to persist&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone run into the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
