    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guy,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just wonder what if admin configured the harmony data protect that do the disk encryption.. if user press wrong password and the devices get locked.. How to retrieve the 42key to unlock the devices? possible to&amp;nbsp;retrieve from checkpoint portal or need to open case to retrieve ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
