Harmony Endpoint for Linux offline Installation

Hi!,

Is possible to install Harmony Endpoint for Linux (with on-prem Management server) in servers that do not have access to internet? Also for AV updates in HE for Linux, its possible to update from On-prem Management servers and not directly from internet??

Hello @PhoneBoy ,

I have checked that installScript.sh has an available flaf to install locally:

Usage: sudo ./installScript.sh <install|uninstall|config> [options]

Possible operations:
install: install a product
uninstall: uninstall a product
config: update configuration for an already installed product

Options for 'install' operation:
--source <remote|local> Installation source (default: remote)
remote Install from remote package repository
local Install from local package file
--product <product> Specify product to install, possible products: edr,am (default: both products are installed)
Use only if installing from remote package repository
--file_name <file name> Package file name to install. Use only if installing from local package file

However this command is not present on the guide:

Wanted to ask if you know something about this flag and where we should download the package from.

As mentioned by @PhoneBoy , these are limitations. See Harmony Endpoint for Linux

AntiMalware Signatures update => Supported by a direct internet connection from the Linux client. Management server as a proxy is not supported.

In your mentioned guide you can see as prerequisite => Available Internet access for the protected device.

TAC may be able to provide a copy of the installer.
However, as noted, direct Internet access is a requirement to use the client.
