Hi,

I am currently migrating the E1 client E86.00 (Kaspersky) to the new E2 client E86.25 (Sophos).

Everything was quite easy but however some clients are still trying to update to the new E86.25 version although the new client is successfully installed. On the endpoint server is see this:

On the client it looks like that:

It´s like an installation-loop. I have already removed it completley and did a fresh installation but without success.
But it is not on every device only on a few.

Any ideas how to handle or troubleshoot on this?

Problem was solved.
In the E86.25 you need the TE blade as well, otherweise the installation loop appears, weird but fine for me.

The E2 Anti-Malware does require Threat Emulation to be be installed (not necessarily licensed) to function.
That said, the install loop is probably something that will be addressed in later versions.

Yes, but anyways we want to use this as well, so the troubleshooting was worth it 🙂
