    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have a client, with Harmony Endpoint installed, who is trying to open MS Office documents on a share and gets an error (See attached). I had them uninstall Endpoint, reboot and try the share which opened with no issue. Endpoint installed and they get the error. Happens on multiple machines.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same.&amp;nbsp; "&lt;SPAN&gt;At what point does the Latest Version become the Recommended?"&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Will wait to deploy E86.25 after it becomes recommended.&amp;nbsp; I hope to stay on E84.50 until then,&amp;nbsp;since downgrading endpoint clients is a major hassle in Harmony and must be done manually.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It appears this was the last functioning version before the O365 failure to export/open to network issue began in Harmony Endpoints.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
