It's showing actual proxy settings. I also checked Binary file value located at: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections, &lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;I can see proxy settings. But client installation is showing same error.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Harmony Endpoint installation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are deploying Harmony Endpoint on Windows machines. Initial client installation failed with error: failed to download.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After checking we noticed that initial client cannot reach cloud server. Machines are going on internet through a proxy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can we do to solve this issue ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you check connection to all URLs &lt;A href="https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&amp;amp;solutionid=sk116590" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;? Could be as simple as proxy blocking connection to one of these.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
