topic Harmony Endpoint - Threat Hunting Total Machines in Endpoint

We have a client who is using Harmony Endpoint. When we review the portal Overview we see 435 Active Endpoints (Desktops, Laptops and Mac). Most are reporting (maybe 5 not) and there is one Mac. When we go to Threat Hunting we see 366 Total Machines and 0 in the Mac Box (Use Last Week and Custom for a month). It does not add up to the 435 Active Endpoints. Is there any reason why the number of Endpoints in the overview would not jive with number seen in Threat Hunting? Analysis and Remediation is enabled for all clients. Thanks

Can all machines communicate with the Threat Hunting URLs / services described in sk116590?

For Windows machines are they all version E84.10 and higher, and Mac E86.20?

All the systems (Desktop and Laptops) have full internet access and are running 86.10 and Mac 84.70. I'll look into that.
