Endpoint Security Server Anti-Malware Offline upgrade

Hello everyone,

I am try offline upgrade Anti-malware future, because the customer environment can't connect to internet (environmental regulations), so i will to create the offline package to upgrade the Endpoint Security Client for every month . I find this document and follow the setup is successfully create the offline package and upgrade the Endpoint Client , but only the Endpoint Security Server can't do it .

I execute to install the update package on the server setup , can't to install , offline package is .exe file, isn't install in linux envirnment. so i don't understand the setup 2 run file is how to do it

I follow the sk87180 to write use Offline updater tool to create the offline package , "To configure a server to get offline updates" setup is also finished.

In addtion i try in windows use Smartconsole connected to SMS and in windows server run the offline .exe , but appear " no checkpoint endpoint security products were detected" , i don't have any clue

Can provide me some advice or someone in this situation ? Or maybe I misunderstood what it means? Thank everyone

Believe you need to run this on a computer that has the Endpoint Security client installed and has Internet access.
Otherwise I suggest a TAC case.

Installing the Update Package on a Server

Only installation on Windows servers is supported in this version.

As @G_W_Albrecht posted the Offline AM Update procedure for Servers is only supported for Windows Servers.

What is it you are trying to do exactly? Which kind of servers are you trying to do offline am updates on?
