Hi everyone,

is there a way to disable the USB ports on Harmony Endpoint? this is for trying to mitigate a possible information extraction from an ex employee.

Thanks.

Technically yes, you can create port protection policy and apply it to a user or device group, but the challenge here is, that policy should actually be delivered to the client in question. If someone is already offline, that's not gonna work

No the user is online right now, i need to block all accesses starting tomorrow, can i add that user to a user group and create a clone policy for the entire org with all ports blocked? that's the way to go?
