    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having no luck adding the 85.30 Enterprise client file to our R80.30 Endpoint server.&amp;nbsp; I have tried both the file with NC, and without:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;EPS_E85.30_NC_app.zip&lt;BR /&gt;EPS_E85.30_ALL_app.zip&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Both give me the same error message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.png" style="width: 236px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/14760i51FD53E265480423/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="image.png" alt="image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have already added the 84.70 files for the Mac, and E86 for Windows, and those worked fine:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.png" style="width: 865px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/14762i5070E827E60FE64D/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="image.png" alt="image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there some additional requirement for this file that the server may be missing?&amp;nbsp; It shouldn't be the NVMe patch as that is included with R80.20+.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Howard&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using R80.30 (993000092), the same one I use for our R80.30 firewall cluster.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do have a copy of the R81.10 tools installed, but that won't connect.&amp;nbsp; I will look to get the latest R80.30 tools installed, and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
