But is there a definitive way to add/activate licenses.. I love making it on my own, so it’s kinda frustrating that since February as I started this journey I’ve already had more than 9/10 TAC cases due to various license issues, hot fixes etc…

Hi everyone. I’ve been looking at the harmony admin guide but it doesn’t say how to activate my license..

when I sign in at my harmony portal I can start my instance but going to licenses at the endpoint menu it says I’m running trial.. but In the global settings I have already managed to sync my user center..

how do I actually “use” the licenses I have..

I bought harmony total, so I should have a license for everything harmony related.. and all guides always suggest contacting support.. I’m tired of always having to contact support about little things that I don’t feel is as simple as they should/could be..

I can see that you do have a license, though it looks like it was ordered very recently.
I can also see that you've opened a TAC case, which is definitely needed.

That said, I think it's safe to continue using your evaluation license.

Some Infinity Portal services should pull the contracts from the associated UserCenter account.
For example, when I generate myself an evaluation license for Harmony Mobile and associate my account, it pulls the associated license automatically.

I believe we have to apply the relevant licenses for Smart-1 Cloud and Harmony Endpoint Management Platform instances on the back end.
I believe this happens as a part of the order fulfillment process.
A TAC case will certainly confirm this happens.
Note that a TAC case is also necessary to make certain configuration changes (i.e. things that require editing manual files on an on-premise management).

The most confusing thing is that Harmony consists of very different products, so you do not have one complete license but several licenses bundled ! In Global Settings > Partner Settings i can add my UserCenter Account containing my license(s) and sync services with the UC. In Global Settings > Contracts i can see License Status, Expiration date, associated accounts and contracts.
