Seriously... guys, come on... this is just embarrassing.. cough up the fwmonitor.def macro file (and presumably the tcpip.def, since it's pragma included) and the fwcpp compiler.

Why is this a known situation for 2 years now, and still not fixed? What was this capability ever removed? Why make life harder for troubleshooting Endpoint issues? Who's running the QA there...? It's a legit question because this is end-customer-facing stuff and it's embarrassing to everyone when you take away the tools I need to help them.
