    <description>&lt;P&gt;We had a machine with Harmony, this computer was formatted without having properly removed Harmony, when Harmony was reinstalled on the computer, it is occupying another license.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If that doesn’t do it then a TAC case can certainly resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
