      <title>Hyper-V and Endpoint (Harmony) pre-boot keyboard issues.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a very specific issue that I hope the Check Point team can help with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With a Windows 10 VM running in Hyper-V and having the Harmony / SANDBLAST AGENT installed the pre-boot screen does not support a mouse but also the keyboard only works for a limited time.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure we've ever tested this with Hyper-V, but it is odd that the keyboard just "stops working" after a time.&lt;BR /&gt;I have to assume a UEFI boot is being done versus BIOS?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
