Can't Run EndPoint Security on macOS Big Sur 11.3.1

Hello,

I'm using macOS Big Sur 11.3 and everytime I try to use EndPoint Security it just goes down as you can see on this video:

Is this a problem of my computer? Or From software?

First of all, you should be able to upload videos directly to CheckMates.
Second, what precise version did you attempt to install?
Only the most recent versions (E84.30 and above) is compatible with Big Sur.
