      <title>Boot error with drive encryption in progress</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a small situation...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 2 drives, one is 98% encrypted and the other is 11% encrypted" where I cannot access them at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried with the recovery files I get from the portal, but I get the following errors when trying to get the images/files:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="mceNonEditable lia-copypaste-placeholder"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="mceNonEditable lia-copypaste-placeholder"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="endpoint1.png" style="width: 538px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/11622i0EF7090E08BF291B/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="endpoint1.png" alt="endpoint1.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even while I get this error, I am able to burn the iso image but then when i try to decrypt the drive, it states "Generic Error, unable to recover C drive"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried creating a WindowsPE as well, but it just doesn't unlock the drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using FDE on windows to unlock the drive just causes it to crash (Bluescreen)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope someone can help me out with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
