topic Preboot Issue in Endpoint

Ok, have a scenario where a users PC if encrypted . User logon name recently changed. Used cannot log into preboot using new login name. Has to still use old logon name to get on. I went into the console and see the only user auth to log into preboot is her old logon name. The user is on VPN and not the local LAN. Any ideas?

It's possible you will have to delete and re-add the user to the authorized preboot users list for that PC.
However, I do see a couple of potential bugs around this in SecureKnowledge, and it would be worth engaging with the TAC to see if these apply in your situation.
