Sandblast agent renames some files

Hello,

We have an Endpoint Server in R81 and Endpoint clients in E84.00.

Sometimes users are complaining about in some downloads, usually with XLS or CSV files the files are being renamed.

The names are like in the following image:

If we open an "incognito" tab to avoid sandblast agent, they can download the file without problems.

So it seems some endpoint blade is renaming the file after analyzing it.

I can't find a SK of this problem.

Anybody has a similar issue?

Files are temporarily saved with "special" names before they are fully analysed. They should be renamed back once the process is finished. Are you sure your users are actually waiting from the verdict?

Yes, I found that files in "Downloads" folder... and also present in the SandBlast Agent in the browser...

Will try to reply the issue in my laptop and get more details (logs from endpoint server) and upload it later.

Hi @jgarcias ,

Can you please download a file that has this issue and send me the extension logs (press on the extension icon and than 'collect logs')?

I would like to investigate this issue.
